RETURN POLICY

Please test all your products ordered form cheap4vape.com for defects upon receiving them. Please read the instructions carefully to ensure you are using the product properly. If you are not satisfied with your product, you received a wrong item, or the product is not as described, you will have to return the parcel back to us in 30-day period starting with the day the order was received. As soon as we receive the product back, we will send you another item or will issue a refund (depending on the situation).
Please note that you are fully responsible for the items which are at your possession and you must return them in sellable condition (provided that the item was not damaged when it was delivered).

There are some products which can not be returned due to sanitary reasons. They are the following:

Please note that in case you change your mind regarding the ordered product, but it was already dispatched and sent to you, you must return it back to us in sellable condition; in this case the postal charges will not be refunded to you.

REFUND POLICY

You can apply for refund in the following cases:
